Job Purpose

The B2B Manager will be responsible for developing and managing all B2B commercial activities for Jubaili Group across Brazil, with a strong focus on the agrochemical industry.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and expand business relationships with Brazilian pesticides industries:
•Identify and approach potential customers and partners within the pesticides industry.
•Conduct regular customer visits.
•Develop account plans for key customers.
•Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

Identify and secure purchasing and sales opportunities within the B2B market:
•Monitor market trends and customer demand.
•Identify opportunities for product sales and raw material procurement.
•Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements.

Select and manage strategic B2B customers:
•Evaluate customer potential based on volume, profitability, and strategic fit.
•Prioritize target accounts and develop engagement strategies.
•Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Conduct periodic business reviews with key accounts.

Define and develop the appropriate Jubaili product portfolio for the Brazilian B2B market:
•Analyze market demand and competitor portfolios.
•Identify products suitable for the Brazilian market.
•Recommend additions or changes to the B2B product portfolio.
•Coordinate with Management, Registration, and Procurement teams to support portfolio development.

Identify sourcing and procurement opportunities that can support Jubaili's regional and global business:
•Identify local manufacturers and suppliers for strategic products.
•Evaluate sourcing opportunities and supplier capabilities.
•Support supplier qualification and onboarding activities.
•Negotiate commercial terms and supply agreements where applicable.

Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support the company's expansion strategy in Brazil:
• Monitor industry developments, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct market research and prepare business intelligence reports.
• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding business expansion initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers:
•Establish relationships with senior executives, procurement leaders, and commercial decision-makers.
•Represent Jubaili at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
•Maintain regular communication with customers, suppliers, and market influencers.
•Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and partnerships.

  • Manage staff by overseeing their performance management, and participating in recruitment, training and development to ensure high levels of performance, engagement and development.
  • Enhance team effort by encouraging teamwork, and positive working relationship among team members.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B commercial management, business development, or strategic sales within the agrochemical, crop protection, agricultural inputs, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing business with agrochemical manufacturers, formulators, importers, and industrial customers in Brazil.
  • Strong network and relationships within the Brazilian agrochemical industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian agrochemical market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in identifying both sales opportunities and sourcing/procurement opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth across multiple regions.

Education and Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English
  • Availability for frequent travel throughout Brazil.
