• Reconcile banks, suppliers, partners, branches, and sister companies regularly.

• Perform month-end closing, including entries and controls.

• Conduct periodic inventory check controls in coordination with warehouses.

• Monitor goods movement and ensure accurate transfer tracking.

• Create and manage customers' accounts and new stock items.

• Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement) quarterly.

• Review and audit various accounts, salaries, and tax payments for accuracy.

• Prepare Value Added Tax (VAT) reports and ensure compliance.

• Monitor cost allocation and calculate cost sheets for orders.

• Coordinate and communicate internally and externally to enhance business accounting controls and processes.

Experience

• 3 to 4 years in accounting.

Education and Certification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
